The CSB program runs 4 three-month rotations throughout the year at 3 different commitment levels and various pick up locations are available to make it as convenient for our share members as possible.
London Avenue Designs is our WEST side pick-up site. They are located at 214 East State Street in Rockford. Pick-up hours will be between 10:30 am - 6:00 pm on Wednesdays.
Artale & Co. is our EAST side pick-up site. They are located at 6876 Spring Creek Road in Rockford. Pick-up hours will be between 10:00 am - 9:00 pm on Wednesdays.
Casual Dating
If you are curious yet unsure, this commitment level is for you. As a "casual dating" share member, you will receive a total of THREE baker's choice artisan loaves - one loaf per week for the first 3 weeks at the pick-up location of your choice. This commitment level is renewable on a monthly basis and we will send you the option to renew after the delivery of your last loaf.

Long Term Relationship
If sparks are flying and you're ready to take it to the next step, this commitment level is for you. As a "long term relationship" share member, you will receive a total of FOUR baker's choice artisan loaves - one loaf every other week for two months at the pick-up location of your choice.

Marriage Material
If you are all in for better or worse, this commitment level is for you. As a "marriage material" share member, you will receive a total of EIGHT baker's choice artisan loaves - one loaf every week for three months at the pick-up location of your choice. This commitment level is renewable once per program rotation and we will send you the option to renew after the delivery of your last loaf.
