Miche /meesh/ bread made with organic high extraction wheat and rye flours. This classic French loaf spans over a foot across with total weight varying between 1.3-1.8 kilograms and comes in a gift box. We make these loaves only during Thanksgiving and Christmas every year as they are perfect for a large gathering or as host gifts.
