For Christmas morning brunch options this year, we are offering four different quiches of our most popular flavors.

• Quiche Lorraine - whole quiche with an all-butter pie crust, creamy custard, ham, shallots, and gruyere cheese. Serves 8.

• Sausage/Rosemary/Potato Quiche - whole quiche with an all-butter pie crust, creamy custard, gruyere cheese, sausage, rosemary and potato. Serves 8.

• Mixed Veggie - a whole vegetarian quiche with an all-butter pie crust, creamy custard, gruyere cheese and a medley of vegetables tossed with our house-made herb sauce. Serves 8.

• Bacon/Goat Cheese/Arugula Quiche - whole quiche with an all-butter crust, creamy custard, bacon, gruyere cheese, goat cheese, and arugula. Serves 8.
